Our Mission
The Mission of the Central PA EFT Community is:
To be a vibrant community of Emotionally Focused Therapists where our relationships with each other are characterized by mutual support, egalitarian collaboration, authentic encouragement, inclusion, and social justice. We want all to be able to learn, grow, and thrive safely together in connection as we seek to become excellent practitioners committed to the EFT model through creating quality training, supervision, and peer support opportunities while encouraging EFT certification.
To reach out to Central Pennsylvania therapists to introduce them to EFT and provide equipping opportunities to learn about this effective model so as to grow the EFT community.
To provide skilled EFT therapists to Central PA couples, individuals, and families, educating them about EFT, Hold Me Tight, and the EFT resources and referral base available to strengthen and transform their relationship bonds.

Our mission is to be a vibrant, welcoming community providing EFT therapists in Central PA (and beyond) with connection, support, excellent equipping, and encouragement toward certification so we can skillfully reach couples, individuals, and families with the power of EFT to heal and transform relationship bonds.
Who We Are
We are a welcoming community of over 45 therapists in the Central PA region (and beyond!!) who have had training and interest in Sue Johnson’s Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and the application of attachment and emotion to working with clients. We are committed to excellence and spur each other on to practice this empirically validated treatment with skill and dedication. Want to know more about EFT? Click here!
